If the product or service you are interested in is not listed on our site, you can add it for free. If it is listed but there are not enough customer reviews you can contact the vendor and ask them to supply proof of customer satisfaction. If you don't get an answer or the vendor refuses your request you have your answer.

Who runs this site?

This site is run by the same team that developed and launched COPOWI (www.copowi.com) - the first ISP to guarantee to keep the Internet open and fair. The idea behind the COPOWI project was to use the connectivity of the Internet to put pressure on the major Telcos to keep the Internet open and fair.

The COPOWI experience provided significant insights into how the Internet can be used not only to make product and service providers truly accountable to their customers, but how to work in partnership to improve these same products and services.

The Customer Satisfaction Monitor was borne out of this experience.

We are a private company based in Sydney, Australia and headed up by CEO and Founder George Matafonov. We are privately funded.
